At Clothing Management Consultants Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.
- Items must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work promptly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items subject to product availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team before returning your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective.
- The item received is damaged.
- An incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
